The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, with the rooms and common areas always super clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful rooftop terrace where I could relax and enjoy amazing sunsets. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to many attractions and right next to the bustling square. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with maps and tips on how to navigate the city and avoid any potential scams.

We had an very nice stay at a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The riad was beautifully designed, with attention to even the smallest details. The pool in the courtyard was a relaxing oasis, and the rooftop terrace provided fine views. We also indulged in a rejuvenating hamaam experience. The staff were great too ensure our comfort and provided helpful local tips. our experience at this riad was so great and we highly recommend it for a peaceful retreat.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was fantastic and gave me the relaxation I was longing for. the massage and facial were top-notch, and the Steam room was extremely helpful to relieve the stress from travelling. the restaurant offered a buffet breakfast with a great variety of food, including special diet menus, which was really helpful to me. the room had private facilities, including a lovely sun terrace and sun loungers where I could enjoy a quiet and relaxing time.

The only issue I had with this hotel was the outdoor swimming pool. the shallow end had an Aqua park that made it hard to swim or enjoy the sun loungers without being disturbed by children playing.

Despite the bustling surroundings, the staff provides a secure and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The breakfast spread is exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options each morning. the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met, providing assistance with printing tickets and organizing early breakfasts for excursions.

Some noise from the busy surroundings can be heard in the rooms.

Really enjoyable experience there. Everything was very clean, efficient staff, perfect location very close to the Medina and a maze. We had a great service, exquisite room with comfy bed and big bathroom plus walk in closet.

We had an exceptional stay at this luxurious hotel. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing under the Moroccan sun. the spa and wellness center exceeded our expectations with their full body massages and beauty treatments. the staff provided impeccable service, ensuring that all of our needs were fulfilled.

The breakfast was delicious, with options for eggs, and the staff were always helpful with recommendations and reservations. The dinner we had at the Riad was also tasty, especially the Kefta.
